Today, the first trailer for the new X-Men film came out. The trailer starts with a song playing over it. This is a common trait of a trailer nowadays. The trailer features a voiceover from the villain, which teases the character for the audience. The trailer also has a common selling technique, which is showing the director and his credits.
My favourite shot from the trailer was when quicksilver is running in a reverse POV shot. The speeded up reserve POV, gives a sense of immense speed.
